The Sr. Trade Marketing Manager, Americas owns trade marketing strategy and execution across Paula's Choice's full Americas retail portfolio - Sephora US, Sephora at Kohl's, Sephora Canada, Sephora LATAM, and Dermstore.com, with authority to manage additional retail partners as the channel expands in partnership with sales.
You will be responsible for bringing Global Brand's campaigns to life at retailers across the Americas and set the Americas-specific retail strategy and execution needed to grow the business and meet retail sales goals by partnering with sales to manage the trade marketing budget, leading joint marketing planning directly with retail partners and sales and representing Trade Marketing in executive and cross-functional planning.
As the Senior Manager, Trade Marketing you will:
Trade & Retail Go-To-Market Strategy
Own the Americas trade marketing calendar and localization of Global Brand's GTM plans for core, newness, and tentpole moments — translating global strategy into retailer-specific execution across the full retail portfolio.
Own the management of Americas trade marketing budget: build the annual plan, allocate spend across partners and moments, and manage OpEx tracking, invoice timeliness, and quarterly reforecasting in partnership with sales lead.
Lead annual and quarterly Joint Business Planning (JBP) with retail partners— setting shared growth targets and investment priorities, in close partnership with Sales Lead.
Lead marketing strategy and execution needed for P.C Sephora LATAM expansion.
Retail Account & Partner Management

Provide guidance in partnership with Sales Lead around retail media network strategy and off-site media needs across all Americas markets to Paid Media Team.
Own the monthly and quarterly 360 trade marketing readout across the full portfolio, translating retailer-level results into a portfolio view for leadership.
Develop and execute in app preview GTM retail in-app previews, digital programs, and "firsts"/beta opportunities — proactively pitching Paula's Choice as a strategic partner, not just responding to retailer asks.
Retail Digital, Media & Merchandising
Own all North American Retail PDP asset strategy for new launches and core, including brief standards, kick-off cadence, and timeline governance across partners.
Own digital shelf standards across the portfolio: PDP copy, imagery, and video freshness, and escalate gaps to Creative/Brand leadership.
Oversee retail PR and digital programs with Canada and LATAM agencies — evaluating performance, approving spend, and setting the annual product launch calendar and strategy in partnership with Sales Lead.
Partner with Brand Social & Influencer on influencer and social support tied to retail launches
Ratings, Reviews & Digital Shelf Governance
Own the Americas Ratings & Reviews vendor relationship, contract, and budget — setting strategy in partnership with sales and negotiating terms and ensuring seamless execution.

Manage and develop 1 direct report, setting goals, running regular development conversations, and building bench strength for the trade function.
Act as the NA senior trade voice in cross-functional planning with Sales, Education, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, VM, Creative, and Finance — issuing directives to other teams rather than only receiving them.
Represent NA Trade Marketing in executive/leadership reviews, presenting portfolio strategy, results, and investment recommendations directly.

Partner closely with Sr. Manager of Digital Americas, VP of Sales, VM and Global Brand
