WyoTech is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team at WyoTech, where you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life through engaging content, strategic social media management, and impactful events. In this role, you will collaborate across departments to support marketing initiatives, manage digital platforms, and contribute to the storytelling that highlights WyoTechβs student success and industry impact. The ideal candidate is a proactive, solutions-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and is passionate about delivering high-quality content and experiences that strengthen our brand and connect with our audience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing, industry relations, campus housing, career services, enrollment services, campus facilities, and leadership team to support the timely delivery of all marketing, communications, and event needs as it relates to your area of responsibility
Manage and maintain WyoTech social media in partnership with internal and external partners
Support events, including day of set-up and tear down for events (registration, graduation, etc.), and on occasion, out-of-state events
Assist the VP of Marketing with department roadmap planning for social content and brand development
Support the review and approval process of external and internal marketing materials
Manage projects assigned to you with the internal team and external vendors
Monitor/audit content and consumer reviews on WyoTech platforms
Assist with maintenance of WyoTech SharePoint, ensuring events, visits, and updates are documented
Support the overall storytelling of WyoTechβs success across all channels
Requirements
Minimum Requirements (A combination of the following experience and training, or the equivalent, would be qualifying):
High school diploma or equivalent from an academic institution accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency that is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
Proficiency with MS Office and/or Google Docs; ability to create and manage detailed spreadsheets
Familiarity with several social media outlets and digital content creation
Excellent time management skills with the ability to structure and prioritize work in a manner that best fits team needs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excel at managing multiple concurrent department initiatives, with varying priority levels and due dates
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service-related positions
