We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Permanent Director of Digital Marketing who can drive our digital marketing strategy to new heights. This role is critical to our organization's success and will play a key role in shaping our brand's digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies, with a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our digital marketing operations, including but not limited to GTM strategy, analytics, e-commerce, channel marketing, 360-degree marketing campaigns, digital media, paid social, brand strategy, paid media, paid search, market research, social media, SEO, and Google Analytics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals.
- Oversee the development and execution of all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Develop and manage the e-commerce channel marketing strategy.
- Lead the planning and execution of all digital, TV, radio, print, and outdoor marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to understand our competitors and identify trends in the industry.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to achieve our marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a focus on e-commerce and digital marketing campaigns.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
