About Letter AI
Letter AI [https://www.letter.ai/] is the world's first unified revenue
acceleration platform powered natively by generative AI. Our platform empowers
sales teams at customers like Lenovo and Redpanda to ramp up faster with
AI-powered training and coaching, instantly find and personalize collateral for
customers, and engage their buyers with the industry's first AI Sales Room. We
recently raised a $40M Series B led by Battery Ventures, with participation from
existing investors including Y Combinator, Lightbank, Northwestern Mutual Future
Ventures, Stage 2 Capital, and Formus. The round comes just four months after
announcing our Series A, indicating a shift we're seeing in real time: revenue
teams aren’t asking for more content or tools. They’re asking for better
outcomes, and Letter AI is bringing those outcomes to life! We 10Xed our revenue
last year and are looking for the best of the best in Chicago to join us on the
adventure .
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Customer Marketing & Community Manager to build and scale
the programs that turn our enthusiastic customer base into a powerful engine for
growth. We have an incredible group of happy, engaged customers, and there’s a
huge opportunity to amplify their stories, bring them together, and create more
ways for them to learn from and connect with one another.
In this role, you’ll own the execution and evolution of our customer marketing
strategy while building a thriving Letter customer community. You’ll create
repeatable programs that showcase customer success, generate advocacy, and
strengthen relationships, while making our community a valuable destination for

* Own Letter AI’s customer marketing strategy, including how we identify,
prioritize, and engage our most valuable customer relationships
* Build and manage the Letter customer community, developing the programming,
content, and engagement strategy that keeps customers active, connected, and
coming back
* Create opportunities for customers to connect and learn from one another
through peer discussions, events, educational programming, and shared best
practices
* Build a systematic approach to customer reviews and testimonials, in
partnership with Customer Success and Sales, so advocacy is captured
consistently
* Plan and produce customer proof points including case studies, video
testimonials, and a reference pool that give Sales and Marketing credible,
relevant stories to share with prospects
* Launch and run programs that deepen relationships with key customers, such as
webinars, co-marketing partnerships, events, and community initiatives
* Identify and nurture champions within the community, recognizing their
contributions and creating natural pathways to advocacy and deeper engagement
* Establish the tools, processes, and reporting needed to track community
engagement, customer advocacy, and program impact, keeping efforts
coordinated with Customer Success and Sales
Qualifications for the role include:
* 3+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or community, ideally
at a B2B SaaS company
* Proven track record of turning customer relationships into tangible marketing
assets, such as reviews, case studies, or testimonials
* Experience designing or running a customer advisory board, community, or
similarly structured customer engagement program
* Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering
closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing
* Excellent communication and storytelling ability, with a knack for turning a
customer's results into a compelling, specific narrative
* Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple
priorities
* Familiarity with the sales or revenue enablement space is a plus
