Job Summary:
The Talent & Social Media Marketing Specialist develops and executes strategic recruitment marketing, employer branding, and talent communications initiatives that attract, engage, and convert top talent. This role is responsible for managing recruitment-focused social media content, digital job advertising campaigns, employer brand storytelling, university and job fair coordination, and recruitment presentations, ensuring alignment with established brand and communications standards.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Digital Media or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or digital marketing
Experience with campaign analytics, reporting, performance optimization, and content calendar management.
Strong experience managing social media platforms and recruitment advertising campaigns (Indeed preferred)
Strong writing skills with experience creating blog content and social media copy for marketing or employer branding purposes.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva and other presentation tools
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
Creative mindset with a data-driven approach
Create, manage, and optimize recruitment social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Manage Indeed campaigns, sponsored job postings, budget pacing, and performance tracking.
Design and maintain splash pages, landing pages, and recruitment microsites
Analyze campaign metrics and adjust strategies to improve candidate engagement and conversion
Assist in building and strengthening the company’s employer brand and online reputation
Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and visuals across all recruitment marketing channels
Support the development and execution of employer branding strategies that highlight company culture, mission, values, and career opportunities
Collaborate with HR and Communications to ensure alignment across all media strategies
Create visual content to enhance understanding and participation of internal programs and benefits
Coordinate and attend university recruiting events, career fairs, and job fairs
Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and community partners
Manage event logistics, materials, follow-up communications, and reporting
Develop professional PowerPoint presentations for recruiting initiatives, leadership updates, and events
Create recruitment marketing materials including flyers, digital ads, social graphics, and promotional content
Support leadership with visual storytelling and data-driven presentations for both internal and external audiences that promote career development
