Key Accountabilities
Build and Execute a Data-Driven Recruiting Engine
Develop, execute and manage full-cycle recruitment strategies supported by data, analyze recruiting funnel performance, continuously optimize sourcing effectiveness, and drive smarter hiring decisions with measurable results.
Create and Manage High-Performance Talent Marketing & Sourcing Campaigns
Apply marketing principles to candidate attraction using digital platforms, social media, and talent databases; leverage ATS insights to forecast hiring needs and pipeline health; and create campaigns that generate consistent, trackable candidate flow.
Strengthen Employer Brand, Candidate Experience, and Long-Term Workforce Pipelines
Strengthen Vandalia Rentalβs employer brand through consistent messaging, storytelling, and value-based positioning; create candidate-facing content (job ads, recruitment campaigns, videos, and social messaging); design an authentic and engaging candidate experience; build and execute structured recruiting plans aligned to department needs, growth forecasts, and long-term workforce strategy through proactive pipeline development and partnerships.

What you want to know
Position is on-site. No remote or hybrid options
Pay is $75,000 - $85,000 annually, plus monthly bonus opportunity
401(k) with 6% company match, $1 for $1 and no vesting schedule

Requirements
5+ yearsβ experience in recruitment/talent acquisition with marketing and data-supported sourcing knowledge
Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret recruitment trends and campaign performance
Understanding of data marketing strategies
Proven ability to build recruitment plans and execute employer branding initiatives
Experience selling opportunities and engaging candidates in a compelling way
Education or professional experience in marketing, data analytics, communications, or human resources
Experience using recruitment ATS systems and metrics-based reporting
Knowledge of employer branding, social recruiting, and recruitment content strategy
Must be authorized to work in The United States
Must speak, read and write English proficiently
Must be able to sit for long periods and work in an office environment

Working conditions
Primarily in an office environment. However, we provide construction equipment, and you must be able to be exposed to dirt, grease, fumes, loud noise and other environmental factors relating to construction or industrial type work and equipment.
