About Role
Ring Concierge is a rapidly growing, female-founded fine jewelry company specializing in customized engagement rings and fine jewelry. We’re seeking an SVP, Marketing to define and lead the company’s marketing strategy and drive measurable business results. This role will own the strategic direction and performance of brand marketing, social media, communications, influencer, and partnerships. The SVP, Marketing will translate company priorities into clear marketing initiatives, establish measurable goals, and ensure the team delivers against them.
Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO and serving as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, this role will partner closely with leadership to shape company strategy and ensure marketing initiatives support the company’s growth, brand positioning, and customer engagement goals.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Executive Leadership
Define and lead Ring Concierge’s overall marketing strategy across brand marketing, social media, communications, influencer, and partnerships
Serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, contributing to company-wide strategy and planning
Translate company priorities into clear marketing initiatives with defined goals, timelines, and measurable outcomes
Establish KPIs across marketing channels and ensure teams are accountable for delivering results
Regularly evaluate marketing performance and adjust strategy to improve impact and efficiency
Build and lead a high-performing marketing organization, including team structure, hiring, and performance management
Brand Strategy
Own the long-term strategy for Ring Concierge’s brand positioning, ensuring it drives customer engagement, growth, and brand relevance
Ensure brand strategy is consistently executed across digital, retail, social, and partnership channels
Develop brand frameworks, messaging guidelines, and processes that enable consistent execution across teams
Partner with merchandising, ecommerce, and retail teams to align brand strategy with product launches and business priorities
Campaign & Integrated Marketing
Develop and lead marketing strategies for major initiatives including product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and retail activations
Ensure integrated campaigns are executed effectively across social media, influencer, communications, and partnerships
Partner cross-functionally to ensure campaigns support business priorities and product launches
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize strategy based on results and insights
Social Media Strategy
Define the strategy for Ring Concierge’s social media presence across platforms
Establish content direction and platform priorities that drive brand awareness, engagement, audience growth, traffic, and attributed revenue
Identify and test emerging platforms, formats, and content strategies to expand reach and impact
Influencer & Partnerships
Define the strategy for influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and communications
Identify opportunities to expand brand visibility and cultural relevance through creators, media placements, and collaborations
Build and maintain relationships with creators, media partners, and brand collaborators
Establish frameworks to evaluate the performance, ROI, and impact of influencer and partnership initiatives
About You
Strategic marketing leader with experience driving growth for high-growth consumer brands
Able to translate executive priorities into clear marketing initiatives and execution plans
Proven ability to lead integrated marketing organizations and deliver measurable business results
Strong operator who can move quickly from strategy to execution
Experienced building and managing high-performing teams
Comfortable operating at the executive level and working cross-functionally across the business
Requirements
18+ years of marketing experience, including leadership roles responsible for defining marketing strategy and overseeing brand marketing organizations
DTC experience required; luxury, fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle experience strongly preferred
Experience partnering with senior leadership on company strategy
Demonstrated success delivering measurable marketing results in high-growth consumer or DTC environments
Demonstrated success managing and scaling cross-functional marketing teams
Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate marketing performance and adjust strategy accordingly
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Details
Hybrid role located in midtown NYC
Four days per week in office
Office Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with the knowledge that we have a startup culture and your day may extend past listed office hours (with the possibility of weekends during busy season or sales).

Compensation for the role will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience. The estimated base compensation for this role is $250,000+
