If so, lets talk.Your role and responsibilitiesLeads end-to-end Go to Market planning, execution and performance for a strategic ecosystem partnerKey member of the IBM partner marketing owning the entire spectrum of GTM, alignment, relationship for a specific Strategic partnerWorks across IBM consulting, sales, all facets of marketing and communications leadership to execute the Go-to-Market plans for top revenue generating business prioritiesDrives integration of partnership offerings in brand messaging, content & demand engineWorks closely with Partner GTM team to develop execution planManages market development funds to support execution activitiesDrives the execution of the GTM plan to hit desired quarterly outcomesManages content and messaging development for priority plays for strategic partnerProvides quarterly marketing outcomes updates to the businessAligns with events team to think outside-the-box and include Partner offerings, messaging at priority eventsAdvocates for partnership across IBM Marketing and SalesCollaborates with GEO marketing leads to share the partnership messaging, content and align on the local marketing strategy.Represents Partners in routes to market design (via local Marketing team)Advocates and Collaborates within IBMEngages Business Partners in launches, events, awardsIdentifies and assists in building client stories to promote externallyTargets multiple audiences within the priority offerings - internal and externalRequired technical and professional expertise10+ years in marketing background, partner marketing, relationship management, or similar experienceApply effective process management and change management.Analytical competence and data driven decision making competence.Strong ability to communicate and collaborate across functions and geographies to drive influence.Proficiency with spreadsheets & presentation applications.Writing and presentations skills.Apply innovative thinking and decision making.Organization skills and good attention to detail.Agile and Client centric attitude.Preferred technical and professional experiencePrevious marketing and market specific background.Previous experience with RTM (Routes to Market) and Strategic Partnership Marketing.Previous experience in digital marketing and performance management.Ability to think logically, to analyze pipeline and performance information and suggest corrective actions.
