Qualifications

5+ years of strong product management experience with at least 3 years in ecommerce marketplaces and/or digital advertisingMetrics driven - ability to build actionable metrics which can measure product performanceRelentless execution - ability to ship quality products in a fast paced and iterative mannerResponsibilities

This role will focus on expanding various ad programs on searchYou will excel in influencing the long-term product strategy and relentlessly executing the strategy in close collaboration with data science, engineering, and analytics teamsThis is a highly visible role and you will work closely with various cross functional teams within search and adsOwn product strategy and roadmap for several initiatives within Search AdsPrioritize product requirements based on data driven opportunity analysis to build a detailed roadmapCommunicate the roadmap and success metrics to different teamsLead the execution of your roadmap by working with data science, engineering, and analytics teamsBuild MVPs, iterate fast and be the champion of execution excellenceConduct AB tests for launch candidates and work with analytics teams to measure the impact on success metricsBalance the often conflicting needs of buyers and sellers to grow the advertising business sustainably in the long-termBenefits
