The Opportunity That Awaits You:
This role will be the commercial subject matter expert for the surgeon and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) audiences, collaborating with our sales team to accelerate the adoption and utilization of Aquablation therapy. This is a critical and highly visible role that requires a unique blend of clinical understanding and marketing expertise to effectively build and nurture long-term relationships with our most important customer stakeholders.
In this role, you will be a hands-on contributor responsible for defining and articulating our value proposition to surgeons, while also directly designing and implementing programs that drive program growth and surgeon advocacy. You will lead initiatives that convert new users, expand existing engagement, and activate our KOLs across a variety of channels to maximize commercial impact.
What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve:
· Audience Strategy & Execution: Drive a surgeon-focused commercial strategy to accelerate the adoption, utilization, and advocacy for Aquablation therapy. This includes leading initiatives that convert new users and expand existing engagement.
· KOL Activation & Advocacy: Activate and partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to maximize commercial impact across sales, peer-to-peer, digital, and society channels. You will work to build a strong network of advocates who champion Aquablation therapy.
· Commercial Partnership: Serve as a primary partner to the US sales team, developing programs, tools, and messaging that enhance the surgeon's journey from awareness to advocacy.
· Value-Based Messaging & Proof Points: Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and promote clinical and economic proof points that resonate with the surgeon audience and quantify the value of Aquablation therapy.
· Program Development & Scaling: Develop and lead the commercialization of new programs that align with surgeon needs and demonstrate the value of our solutions.
· Market Intelligence: Proactively stay abreast of clinical trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to inform and evolve our go-to-market strategies.
· Analytics & Performance Tracking: Leverage data and analytics to define key performance indicators (KPIs), measure program effectiveness, and optimize strategies to drive a clear return on investment (ROI).

The Qualifications We Would Like You to Possess:
Market Leadership and Strategic Acumen: Serve as a core expert on Aquablation procedure, market trends, procedure adoption, and competitive analysis, translating them into targeted marketing strategies that address clinical, operational, and patient flow barriers to adoption
Innovative Strategic Development: Lead the creation of groundbreaking strategies and marketing programs that effectively communicate the value propositions of the AquaBeam and Hydros systems to Urologists.
Advanced Marketing Capabilities: Utilize advanced marketing techniques, including market assessments, segmentation, patient care insights, product positioning, and channel strategy development, to enhance business objectives and market presence.
Clinical & Economic Insight: Familiarity with practice economics, referral dynamics, and patient care pathways; ability to develop and communicate compelling clinical and economic value propositions.
Collaboration & Influence: Proven track record of partnering with sales and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and achieve business objectives.
Customer-Facing Experience: Experience engaging with urology practice stakeholders (urologists, APPs, schedulers, administrators); able to tailor messaging to varied decision-makers.
Marketing Expertise: Skilled in market assessment, segmentation, positioning, messaging, campaign development, and multichannel execution. Able to create collateral and tools tailored to practice-level stakeholders.
Field Presence: Regularly engage with key opinion leaders and field teams to gather insights, foster relationships, and understand market challenges and opportunities.
Competitive & Market Intelligence: Ability to monitor referral dynamics, utilization trends, and competitor activities to anticipate challenges and respond strategically.
Field & KOL Engagement: Regularly engage with customers in practice settings, build relationships with physician champions and practice leaders, and incorporate feedback into marketing initiatives.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, utilization analysis, and program prioritization.
Change Leadership: Demonstrated ability to navigate complex healthcare environments, drive adoption, and manage execution effectively.
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong verbal, written, and listening abilities; able to synthesize clinical, technical, and operational messages clearly.

The Qualifications We Need You to Possess:
Minimum 8 years of experience in a medical device product marketing and/or product management role (6 years with an advanced degree)
A/BS required; MBA preferred.

The Qualifications We Would Like You to Possess:
Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators/executives, customers, and internal employees.
Professional work ethic, high capacity, strong analytical and organizational skills, and ability to operate independently.
Track record of executing complex medical device marketing campaigns and tactics; experience with capital equipment preferred.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Strong multi-tasking skills with an ability to adapt to change.
Ability to travel up to 30% of thetime.

PAY RANGE TRANSPARENCY
Procept is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role represents a base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Procept utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
We’ll provide you training for, and ask you to maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance.
