Hello! Please give this job description a good read before you decide to apply.

Note that Hubspot prowess, an amity for a small-team/start up ethos, AI tool usage to accelerate or automate workflows, and an adaptable/flexible mindset are must haves. Direct mail experience is a plus!
100% remote and must be performed in the States. Sadly, we cannot sponsor VISAs.
To apply, please include a brief cover letter addressing:
Your experience with email marketing platforms and a specific campaign you've executed
How you currently use AI tools in your work (be specific about tools and use cases)
Why pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing interests you
Anything else you deem topical
About PrescriberPoint:
The brainchild of David Ricks, CEO of Lilly, and incubated by Boston Consulting Group’s Digital Ventures, PrescriberPoint is a Series A healthtech whose mission is to help Health Care Professionals reduce the time, tension, and anxieties they and their patients encounter during the prescribing process. We are funded to date by Lilly, Pfizer, Adobe, and MasterCard.
Position Overview
We're looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator to own hands-on execution of direct marketing campaigns for PrescriberPoint's digital agency. You'll work across email, SMS, and digital channels to help healthcare providers connect with the tools and resources they need to support their patients.
This role reports to our Marketing Manager and focuses on tactical execution: building campaigns in HubSpot, maintaining list hygiene, coordinating assets, and ensuring every deployment meets our quality standards. You'll also provide operational support across marketing and customer success functions, including compliance submission coordination.
We're looking for someone with 3+ years of experience who can hit the ground running — not an entry-level role. The right candidate is detail-obsessed, comfortable with marketing technology, and already using AI tools to work smarter. You'll be part of a lean team where precision matters and your work directly impacts campaign performance.
What You'll Do
Campaign Execution (50%)
Build and deploy email campaigns in HubSpot from approved briefs and templates
Set up audience segments, personalization tokens, and dynamic content
Execute A/B tests on subject lines, send times, and content variations
Configure automated workflows and triggered messaging sequences
Coordinate SMS campaign deployment following compliance requirements
Traffic creative assets between design, compliance, and deployment
Data & List Management (25%)
Maintain email list hygiene: manage bounces, unsubscribes, and engagement-based suppression
Validate contact data and flag quality issues before campaign deployment
Build and QA audience segments based on targeting criteria
Monitor deliverability metrics and troubleshoot issues
Support CRM data integrity through regular audits and cleanup
Performance Support (15%)
Pull campaign performance data and format reports for team review
Track metrics against benchmarks (open rates, CTR, conversions)
Document test results and maintain optimization learnings
Flag underperforming campaigns and surface potential causes
Process & Coordination (10%)
Maintain campaign calendar and track deployment timelines
Coordinate with creative team on asset requests and deadlines
Document workflows and update process guides as systems evolve
Support social and display campaigns
Provide operational support to cross-functional teams as needed, including submission coordination for compliance workflows
What We're Looking For
Required:
3-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field
Hands-on experience with HubSpot specifically (campaigns, workflows, list management)
Demonstrated use of AI tools to automate or accelerate work (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) — we want someone who already thinks this way, not someone we need to convince
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital campaign fundamentals
Strong attention to detail with ability to QA your own work before it goes live
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency with data: can work with spreadsheets, build audience segments, and interpret performance metrics
Clear written communication skills
Preferred:
Experience in startups and working in small teams
Exposure to paid social (Meta, LinkedIn) or programmatic display campaigns
Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations (FDA/OPDP) or healthcare marketing experience
Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms
Experience with A/B testing methodology and optimization
Working Style:
An amity for a small team/start up ethos
Takes ownership of execution without needing constant direction
Asks clarifying questions upfront rather than making assumptions
Flags problems early with potential solutions, not just issues
Treats deadlines as commitments, communicates proactively if timelines shift
Receptive to feedback and iterates quickly
Adaptable and flexible mindset is a must
What You'll Learn
This role offers deep exposure to pharmaceutical marketing operations, compliance workflows, and multi-channel campaign strategy. You'll develop expertise in:
Healthcare provider (HCP) marketing and engagement strategies
Pharmaceutical compliance requirements and MLR approval processes
Campaign optimization and performance analysis
Marketing automation and workflow design
Cross-functional coordination across marketing, compliance, and customer success
