The Prime Video and Amazon Studios Consumer Insights team is looking for a Sr. Consumer Insights Manager to lead customer-focused primary and secondary research projects in Japan. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Consumer Insights expert to work closely with cross-functional stakeholder teams across Prime Video and Amazon Studios to help shape content and marketing strategy. We are a center of customer voice for Prime Video and Amazon Studios in Japan, supporting a wide range of business and creative decisions. As part of the Global Consumer Insights team, you will also partner closely with global and regional insights counterparts to establish a strong insights foundation. You will play a key role in setting and enhancing scalable, effective research mechanisms and delivering actionable insights on a daily basis.
The successful candidate will be experienced in a wide range of consumer research methodologies, both in quantitative and qualitative approaches. This role requires robust experience in creating strategic and actionable business recommendations combining observations from complex datasets. It is crucial that they have hands-on and deep experience in managing primary customer research studies and its stakeholder needs. They will also skillfully manage the scope of multiple, competing priorities, to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of research. They will be a self-starter who thrives in change and ambiguity.
