About the Role
The Senior Analyst, Loyalty Marketing will play a critical role in developing,
executing, and optimizing initiatives that drive customer loyalty and elevate
the customer experience across the Williams-Sonoma, Inc. family of brands.
This role will support the planning and execution of performance marketing
strategies for The Key Rewards, WSI’s loyalty and credit card program, with the
goal of driving member engagement, card acquisition, customer spend, and
cross-brand shopping behavior across stores and eCommerce. The Senior Analyst
will work closely with internal cross-functional teams, brand partners, Capital
One, and other third parties to develop marketing campaigns and customer
journeys that support Loyalty KPIs.
A successful candidate will have strong marketing, analytical, project
management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple
priorities, translate data into actionable insights, and build strong
relationships across teams. This is an exciting and evolving role with
visibility across many areas of the organization.
Responsibilities
* Own and manage loyalty marketing campaigns across email, digital, print,
stores, site placements, and other channels, including campaign briefs,
timelines, approvals, execution, and post-campaign analysis.
* Maintain and evolve the loyalty marketing calendar, partnering with brand
teams to bring cross-brand and loyalty messages to life.
* Partner with internal stakeholders, Capital One, and third-party vendors to
develop online and offline campaigns that support program objectives.
* Use web, email, and customer analytics to improve campaign performance and
customer experience.
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to define target audiences,
refresh creative, optimize placements, and improve campaign effectiveness.
* Support personalization strategy by helping deliver relevant loyalty and
credit card messages across the right channels and moments in the customer
journey.
* Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, issue
tracking, and cross-functional follow-ups.
* Track competitive, consumer, and loyalty marketing trends to inform roadmap
opportunities and new test ideas.
* Support marketing budget management, including invoicing, accruals,
forecasts, and vendor coordination.
* Contribute to ad hoc marketing, analytics, and strategic projects that
support Loyalty team priorities.
Criteria
* Minimum of 2-4 years in performance marketing; retail or loyalty experience
preferred.
* Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data and
trends into actionable recommendations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor
messages for different audiences.
* Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
* Strong organization and project management skills, with the ability to manage
multiple campaigns, timelines, stakeholders, and vendors at once.
* Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Comfortable working cross-functionally and building relationships with
internal and external partners.
* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field.
* Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Familiarity with data Visualization tools (i.e., Domo, Tableau, Adobe
Analytics).
* Budgeting, invoicing, or vendor management experience preferred.
