FUNBOX is the world’s largest bounce park — a family entertainment experience that gets kids moving and families laughing together. With a mission to create joy, build community, and get children off screens, our success is rooted in both the experiences inside our parks and the content that shares them with the world.
The Social Media & Marketing Manager is responsible for creating, managing, and executing the park’s local digital content strategy. This includes filming and editing engaging short-form videos, managing posting schedules, supporting influencer and PR campaigns, and helping drive awareness of special events, birthday bookings, and ticket sales. This role bridges creative production with marketing performance — and is critical to how FUNBOX is seen in the community.
This is a high-ownership role ideal for someone who is equal parts content creator, marketer, and brand champion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Strategy & Content Creation
Develop and manage local social content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Film and edit daily/weekly content capturing park play, parties, and promotions
Create brand-aligned Reels, TikToks, and Stories using trending formats and audio
Stay on top of local and seasonal trends to keep content fresh and shareable
Ensure all posts align with FUNBOX tone, safety standards, and community guidelines
Community Engagement & Campaigns
Interact with guest comments, DMs, tags, and reviews when appropriate
Coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborative shoots
Support local PR outreach, earned media placements, and email marketing initiatives
Manage shoutouts and user-generated content from guests and parents
Track engagement, reach, and growth to inform strategy and reporting
In-Park Brand Presence & Support
Collaborate with Party Coordinators and Hosts to feature birthday moments
Support the GM with content for staffing campaigns, promos, or local events
Take ownership of signage, QR codes, and branded activations within the park
Maintain a content archive and ensure rights/permissions are organized

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
Proficient in mobile video editing apps (CapCut, VN, Adobe Express, or similar)
Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok analytics, and IG growth strategy
Strong visual aesthetic and understanding of how to tell a story through short-form content
Bonus: Experience working with influencer campaigns, paid media, or events
Must be able to work weekends and occasional evenings during high-traffic periods
Comfort working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
