We’re headquartered in Silicon Valley with our employees distributed all across the U.S. Help us solve our clients’ biggest payment problems.The Sr. Marketing Manager, Demand Gen will take ownership of large-scale demand gen marketing initiatives by developing, executing, and influencing programs to drive awareness, demand and opportunity creation in the Financial Institutions & Lending vertical at PayNearMe.We’re looking for a results-driven marketer who will be responsible for planning, building and optimizing demand gen initiatives, including inbound, outbound, events and SDR-led campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B marketing experience and be familiar with marketing to financial institutions such as lenders, banks and/or credit unions.Job DescriptionLead the planning and execution of demand gen initiatives, with a mix of strategic thinking and creative execution capabilitiesOversee the creation of comprehensive demand generation campaigns for new client acquisition and opportunity creationCollaborate closely with marketing, sales, SDRs, and other departments to deliver segmented campaigns aligned with revenue team goalsHands-on collaboration with a variety of external vendors and partners, including design, paid advertising and content writing resourcesReport on the effectiveness of campaigns with a mix of data analysis and storytelling to cut through the noise and implement concrete recommendations for improvementUnderstand how to use different channels and tactics to reach different audiences, such as events, digital marketing, paid social, partnerships and emailQualifications8-10 years of experience in B2B demand gen marketing, with a focus on SaaS or technology productsA strong background in campaign development and program executionProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale marketing projectsExperience marketing to mid-large sized financial institutions, such as banks, credit unions, and/or lendersStrong strategic thinking and creative approach to problem solvingExcellent leadership, communication, and project management skillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldAdditional InformationBase salary per year (paid semi-monthly)Fast-paced and professional work cultureStock options with standard startup vesting - 1 year cliff; 4 years total$50 monthly communication expense stipend to go towards your phone/internet bill$250 stipend to enhance your WFH setupReimbursement for peripheral equipment: monitor (up to $400), keyboard and mouse (up to $200)Premium medical benefits including vision and dental (100% coverage for employees)Company-sponsored life and disability insurancePaid parental bonding leavePaid sick leave, jury duty, bereavement401k planFlexible Time Off (our team members typically take off ~3-4 weeks per year)4-6x / year in-person team meet-upsSalary Range:
