The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations will be responsible for leading projects β spanning people management, process improvements, and technology optimizations β to spur digital transformation across the marketing organization at Appian.
The Senior Manager will define and lead the vision for the Appian Martech stack.
This role will lead a team tackling transformational projects, from automating lead routing to improving our SFDC campaign attribution model, as well as rebuilding and maintaining marketing operations, governance standards, and key documentation for marketing and sales enablement. This role will oversee an email marketing center of excellence.
