About the role
The Senior Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue strategy and performance across both direct-to-consumer (B2C) product sales and B2B professional training and certification program. They will lead, manage, and optimize Face Realityβs paid digital growth engine, working closely with agency partners. This person will serve as the strategic lead across performance programs, creative, content briefing, agency management, creator and affiliate partnerships, and media optimization. They will partner closely with social media, influencer, creative, eCommerce, education, and analytics teams to ensure a strong pipeline of high-performing performance programs and to continually improve efficiency, scale, and revenue outcomes. This role has direct accountability for top-line revenue across DTC and B2B acquisition. This position is a Hybrid position working out of our San Ramon office Tuesday - Thursday and remotely Mondays and Fridays. *Please note this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Revenue Leadership: Own total revenue performance across B2C product sales and B2B training and certification sales. Develop and execute integrated revenue growth plans aligned to company targets. Build and maintain forecasting models, revenue pacing, and performance tracking. Identify and unlock new revenue streams across products, services, and channels.
Paid Media Strategy & Channel Ownership: Lead strategy and outcomes across Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. In partnership with agency support, continuously optimize audience, creative, funnel, and channel mix.
Budget Accountability: Own $3M+ annual budget, manage pacing, forecasting, and performance optimization tied to revenue, ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
Agency Management: Lead agency relationship, ensure strong execution, challenge strategy, and hold partners accountable.
Creative Strategy & Content Leadership: Lead content strategy, develop briefs, partner with creative teams, and drive high-performing ad content.
Creator & Affiliate Programs: Own creator sourcing, briefing, whitelisting, and affiliate strategy to drive scalable acquisition.
Cross-Functional Leadership and Collaboration: Partner with brand, sales, education, and eCommerce teams to align campaigns and performance channels. Share actionable insights from paid media with the organization regularly.
Analytics & Optimization: Define KPIs, reporting, testing frameworks, and translate insights into action.
Subject Matter Expertise: Stay ahead of trends, tools, and performance marketing innovations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
8+ years in growth or performance marketing.
Proven experience managing multi-channel paid media.
$3M+ annual budget ownership preferred.
Strong analytical and creative strategy skills.
Experience managing agency partners.
Experience with creators, affiliates, and whitelisting.
Strong communication, attention to detail, and cross-functional leadership

Salary: $120k - $135k, plus yearly bonus, award units and comprehensive benefits package
