Position Overview
Recorded Future seeks a strategic and results-driven Sr. Director of Demand Generation to lead our global demand generation efforts. This role will be instrumental in driving pipeline growth and revenue through innovative marketing strategies and deep collaboration with sales teams.Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with revenue goals and business objectivesLead the planning, development, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation programs across digital, content, and event marketingBuild and manage relationships with key stakeholders across sales, product marketing, and executive teamsOwn pipeline metrics and revenue contribution targets, providing regular reporting and insights to executive leadershipProgram Management & Execution
Direct the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital advertising, content syndication, webinars, and virtual eventsWork with web team to drive digital initiatives and run A/B testing to increase handraises on our websiteDrive innovation in account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting key enterprise accountsTeam Leadership
Build and mentor a high-performing demand generation teamManage relationships with agencies and vendors to ensure efficient resource allocation and program executionCollaborate cross-functionally with brand, content, product, and field marketing teams to ensure aligned messaging and executionFoster a data-driven culture focused on continuous optimization and testingRequired Qualifications
10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in demand generation leadership rolesProven track record of driving significant pipeline growth in a B2B SaaS environmentDeep understanding of cybersecurity market dynamics and enterprise sales cyclesExperience with modern marketing technology stack including Marketo, Salesforce, and ABM platformsStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellence in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder managementBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferredPreferred Experience
Previous experience in B2B SaaSInternational marketing experience is a plusProven success in implementing ABM programs at enterprise scaleExperience with partner/channel marketing programsTrack record of successful team building and developmentImpact & Success Metrics
