Position Summary

SHEIN Distribution Corporation is seeking a Senior Brands Operations Manager for Beauty. Within this role you will be responsible for building a US supply chain from the ground up to broaden the brand offering for the beauty category on SHEIN Marketplace. This includes procurement for major skin care and perfume brands such as The Ordinary, Victoria's Secret, Fenty Beauty, Christian Dior, CeraVe and more, from wholesalers and distributors. We are seeking someone who is ahead of market trends, knows best-selling products and can ensure supply chain ability during rapid scaling. This position will include balancing flexible procurement and large-scale purchases to help achieve the company's business goals. Additionally, the role requires relationships with wholesalers and distributors who meet SHEIN's supplier criteria.

Job Responsibilities
