Optimum Sports is the dedicated sports marketing agency within OMC. Unlike traditional sports marketing agencies, Optimum Sports operates in both the Sports Sponsorship and Sports Media landscapes. We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to provide internal support while assisting with partner and client facing communication. This role will assist with planning and execution of partnerships across a variety of properties, talent engagements, and events/sports tentpoles. The position will help manage external relationships, coordinate campaign deliverables, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the respective partnerships run smoothly. Overall, the Senior Account Executive will play a key role in helping to deliver effective and engaging sports marketing programs tied to overarching client business objectives.
Passion for sports is a must; experience working within sports marketing and/or media landscape, with an emphasis on property experience
2+ years in partnership marketing and/or activation at an agency, property or brand
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple lines of communication and prioritize many simultaneous deliverables
Extremely strong communicator, both written and verbal – in person and on conference calls
Creative thinker who has the ability to develop unique ideas, solutions, and programs
High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and online research
Experience leveraging and/or learning research tools to develop actionable insights for client recommendations
Strong background in client services and account management
General understanding of industry knowledge, sports marketing vernacular, and trends
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of sports marketing campaigns and partnership activations across channels/tactics, including management of dedicated project trackers
Create and implement optimal sponsorship management processes including timeline tracking and internal/external approvals
Construct and present impactful program recaps designed to optimize future strategies and tactics along with enhanced ways of working
Monitor industry trends in sports, sponsorships, and fan engagement to inform proactive ideas and recommendations
Maintain various trackers for internal and client facing reporting
Handle administrative duties, as needed, such as maintaining status reports, capturing meetings notes, managing upkeep of documents, etc.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
$50,000—$95,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
