Location: Syracuse, NY
Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Retail Marketing Specialist to join our growing customer acquisition team representing a Spectrum national partner.
In this role, you will work directly with customers in major retail locations, create positive brand experiences, and help drive customer acquisition through face-to-face marketing and promotional activities.
What You’ll Do
Represent our client professionally in retail environments
Engage with customers and identify their needs
Educate customers on available products and services
Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and retail events
Build strong customer relationships through face-to-face interaction
Track daily activities and performance
Work with team members and leadership to achieve team goals
Participate in team meetings, coaching, and development
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face
Team-oriented with a willingness to learn
Previous sales, marketing, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
