This role involves:
- Developing and executing investor outreach strategies.
- Cultivating relationships with key stakeholders.
- Expanding distribution channels through Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), family offices, tax advisors, broker-dealers, and wealth managers.
- Leveraging existing networks to expand Plural Energy's market presence.
- Overseeing investor relations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align capital market strategies with the company’s goals.
Minimum Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or asset management.
- Strong network within institutional investment communities and financial advisors.
- Experience building and managing a capital markets team.
- Interest or experience in blockchain technology is a plus.
