What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee $1.5 - 2M in account revenue as the most senior strategic client counsel
- Develop coherent strategies for clients and projects while working with top executives at leading technology companies
- Generate business revenue by expanding the scope of work with existing clients and bringing in new clients
- Manage, mentor, and develop staff while monitoring performance and setting objectives
- Represent the employer and key clients at high-level industry events, seminars, and conferences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in communications, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity
- Proven ability to build relationships with top-tier reporters and editors for high-impact media placements
- Extensive writing and editing experience with various print and online communications media
- Experience in managing a comprehensive strategic communications and media relations program
