Position Overview
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own how Kouper shows up in the market. You will be responsible for positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement—translating our product capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with healthcare buyers. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, and is critical to accelerating our go-to-market motion.

What You’ll Do
Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that differentiates Kouper in the healthcare AI market
Create compelling sales enablement materials: pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, ROI calculators, and objection handling guides
Own competitive intelligence—track competitor moves, analyze positioning, and arm the sales team with insights
Partner with Product to translate technical capabilities into customer-facing value propositions
Conduct market research and customer interviews to deeply understand buyer personas, pain points, and decision criteria
Support product launches with go-to-market plans, messaging frameworks, and cross-functional coordination
Enable the sales team through training sessions, playbooks, and ongoing content development
Analyze win/loss data and customer feedback to continuously refine messaging and positioning
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
Strong track record of developing positioning and messaging that drives pipeline and revenue
Experience creating sales enablement content that directly supports deal progression
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform marketing decisions
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience marketing AI/ML products or explaining technical products to non-technical buyers
Background in healthcare technology or understanding of healthcare buyer personas (health system executives, clinical leaders)
Experience with product launches and go-to-market planning
Familiarity with competitive intelligence tools and methodologies
