The Role
Otter is looking for motivated Performance Marketing professionals that can help us build and optimize our Performance Marketing Strategy across paid social channels. This person should have at least 5 years of experience in building performance marketing campaigns, optimizing funnels, and detecting new digital opportunities.
This person would be responsible for understanding the end-to-end user journey and building a strategic paid social strategy plan for the US/CAN that helps us push the user towards the conversion, retention of the user, and positioning of the brand across paid social efforts. This person would work closely with the agency and content team to build and optimize the paid social channels and explore new social opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be a performance marketing strategist or digital marketing manager with a scalable and long-term vision: someone who is resourceful, a skilled strategic performance marketing professional, detail-oriented, data-driven, curious, and thinks outside the box, and more important questions everything.
