This marketing specialist should have 5+ years of digital marketing experience and 5+ years of E-Commerce B2C marketing experience. This person directly works with the Director of Digital Marketing & E-commerce creating marketing strategies and implementing the marketing plan.

Develops and executes targeted marketing strategies to increase website traffic, revenue, and ROIDevelops strategy for email targeting and segmentationDevelops and creates drip campaigns and segmented email campaigns to increase customer lifetime value and retentionLeads 3rd Party marketplace marketing efforts (Amazon/Etsy/Wayfair Walmart, etc.) driving increased revenue and ROIManages Google Ads agency relationship and drives 5.5+ ROASWorks with agencies or internal teams on Paid Social and Affiliate/Influencer marketingDrives continuous improvements in KPIs across all marketing channels using Google AnalyticsCommunicate with external partners and vendors on ongoing strategies, program optimizations, budgets, reporting, and testingQualifications:
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:5+ Years as a digital marketing strategist, or specialist INCLUDING 3+ Years B2C e-commerce marketing experience at an agency or similar role in which multiple e-commerce brands have been worked on.
