As part of the Shared Services team, you will work with stakeholders across multiple Omni brands, contributing to initiatives that support the entire organization and help deliver a high-quality experience for internal teams and external clients.

PRIMARY FUNCTION
We’re seeking a creative, results-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is energized by making a measurable impact. As a key member of the Marketing team, the Marketing Specialist supports both enterprise-wide initiatives and the unique needs of a specific regional market. This role partners closely with regional sales leaders to strengthen local brand awareness, generate leads, develop compelling client-facing materials, and deliver high-quality events and experiences. The Marketing Specialist also plays a critical role in executing integrated marketing campaigns, maintaining consistent brand messaging, and advancing strategic marketing priorities at a regional level.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive the end-to-end creation of client-focused marketing collateral from project management and content development to final production, ensuring all materials reflect brand standards and support business goals.
Collaborate closely with regional leadership and the Brand & Creative Manager to produce high-impact RFPs/RFIs, presentations, and client-facing deliverables that elevate our competitive advantage.
Plan, coordinate, and execute onsite and off-site events, overseeing budgeting, vendor management, promotion, graphics, materials, and logistical details.
Partner with sales teams to advance business development efforts through tours, presentations, branded assets, networking opportunities, and proposal support.
Support the planning, execution, and optimization of regional marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, and print.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and contribute insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Assist with ongoing updates to web and intranet content while managing incoming regional marketing inquiries.
Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across digital platforms, marketing databases, and digital asset libraries.
Contribute to the management of the regional marketing budget and support progress toward annual goals and objectives.
Support the development and execution of social media strategies that enhance engagement, visibility, and brand presence.
Manage relationships with local printers, photographers, and media partners to ensure high-quality production and coverage.
Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support evolving business and marketing priorities.

Requirements
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
4-year college degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design and/or equivalent professional experience
5+ years Marketing experience
Proficiency in Office 365/Microsoft Office applications, specifically Teams, PowerPoint and Word.
Proficiency with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
Experience with event planning
Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation
Provide samples of relevant work to illustrate creative approach and experience
Great attention to detail and project management skills. This role requires balancing several initiatives at once.
DESIRED JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience with WordPress, SharePoint, website development tools
Strong abilities in digital marketing tactics and campaigns
Experience with marketing databases, surveys, and content management
Experience with contributing content for social media
