The Marketing Specialist brings the Butler’s Pantry brands to life through thoughtful, creative, and consistent execution across all marketing channels. This role is responsible for producing, capturing, and publishing content that reflects our commitment to hospitality, quality, and guest experience. Working closely with the Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy, this position supports daily marketing efforts through content creation, social media management, photography, and design—ensuring every touchpoint feels intentional, polished, and on-brand.
Your COMMITMENT to us:
GET THE JOB DONE (The necessary stuff)
Execute the marketing content calendar across social media, email, blog, and web platforms
Write, design, and publish content that reflects each brand’s unique voice and tone
Assist in the creation of e-blasts, blog posts, campaign execution, internal communications, and other internal marketing needs
Navigate email marketing platform (Mailchimp)
Manage email list segmentation and track email marketing performance
Manage day-to-day social media activity across all exclusive brands by:
Scheduling, posting, and monitoring content to maintain an active and engaging presence
Respond to direct messages and engage with followers in a timely, hospitality-driven manner
Monitor social trends and surface relevant ideas and opportunities
Navigate social media scheduler platform (Hootsuite) and track performance
Capture and edit high-quality photo and video content, including:
Tracking and organizing event photography and behind-the-scenes moments
Tastings, food presentation, and team features
Venue spaces and details
Maintain and organize the photo and video library for easy access and consistency
Create graphics and visual assets for all current brands to maintain a cohesive visual identity:
Ensure all content reflects a hospitality-first mindset—warm, welcoming, and detail-oriented
Ensure all assets are current, high-quality, and aligned with brand standards
Work closely with the Marketing Director and other internal teams to execute marketing initiatives, materials, and presentations, including:
Designing menus, packages, print materials and guest-facing materials as needed
Coordinating and supporting photoshoots, including styling and shot lists
Organizing basic reports or event data and submitting event information to shared calendars and marketing channels
Supporting the coordination of partnerships, promotions, and special projects
Collaborate with photographers, designers, and external partners when needed

Additional Qualifications and Requirements:
A degree in Marketing, Communications or related field with at least 3 years’ experience in content creation is required. Other requirements include:
Strong time management and multitasking skills.
Provide event support on extremely busy (‘all hands on deck’) dates.
Excellent and professional verbal & written communication skills.
Skill in photography/videography.
Basic understanding of social media advertising and analytics tools.
Knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Knowledge/experience with Wordpress, Canva, and HootSuite is required.
Ability to handle fast pace, stress and change, in a professional manner.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to collaborate with internal and external constituents.
Attention to detail, patience, and a positive, customer-centric attitude.
Experience with Adobe is preferred.
