Purpose of Job
This position is responsible for the creation, enhancement, and administration
of traditional and electronic marketing tools and for providing direct and
indirect support to sales, administrative, and management staff.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)

Marketing Strategy, Campaigns & Brand Management (30–35%)
* Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital,
social media, landing pages, direct mail, and print.
* Ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance across all marketing
communications and materials.
* Partner cross‑functionally to source content and align messaging across
initiatives.
* Monitor real estate industry trends, competitor activity, and marketing best
practices.
Content Creation, Editorial & Digital Assets (20–25%)
* Write original marketing content and edit submissions from sales associates
and staff to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistent brand voice.
* Design, maintain, and update sales presentations and digital marketing assets
for in‑person, virtual, and hybrid use.
* Manage media quality control and coordinate with media vendors.
Website, Digital Platforms & CRM Programs (20–25%)
* Maintain and update company websites, landing pages, and social media
platforms.
* Administer CRM‑driven client follow‑up, satisfaction, feedback, and survey
programs.
* Manage email marketing programs, including database maintenance, analytics,
and oversight of sales representative email accounts.
* Monitor digital performance metrics and produce reports to support
optimization.
Event Marketing & Promotions (15–20%)
* Plan, execute, and support in‑person, virtual, and hybrid marketing events,
including promotions, materials, logistics, and post‑event reporting.
* Coordinate event‑related marketing vendors and materials.
* Maintain promotional inventory for events and ongoing marketing needs.
Vendor Management, Production & Distribution (10–15%)
* Coordinate printing, production, and distribution of marketing materials with
print vendors, digital marketing partners, and internal technology teams.
* Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure quality, timelines, and cost
effectiveness.
* Support vendor billing, delivery tracking, and performance monitoring.
Technology Enablement & Support (5–15%)
* Collaborate with internal teams to promote proprietary marketing and
technology platforms.
* Train new and current sales representatives on marketing tools and
technology.
* Serve as first point of contact for day‑to‑day proprietary marketing
technology issues.
Additional Marketing Responsibilities (0–5%)
Perform additional marketing‑related duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent knowledge and
experience.
Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Marketing. 3 years of industry specific
experience preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong computer and internet proficiency, including updating and maintaining
websites using web editor software.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and desktop publishing and design tools,
including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other web‑based
platforms; advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook,
and Adobe Acrobat.
* Knowledge of AI such as ChatGPT, Open AI, etc.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and prioritization
skills; able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
* Tech‑savvy and adaptable, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and
systems.
* Hands-on knowledge of various marketing tools and marketing platforms.
* Superior written communication skills. Ability to edit written communication
from others.
* Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
Wage: $30.00 - $36.00 hourly; actual wage is based upon education and
experience.
