The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Marketing Project Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives in close partnership with the CEO and executive leadership team. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic oversight and day-to-day execution.
You will lead a high-impact team, while executing a cohesive, data-driven marketing strategy that amplifies brand awareness, drives qualified leads, and supports revenue growth. This role will oversee marketing strategy, systems ecosystem and cross-functional department coordination. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with a clear ability to connect marketing initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
Please note: This is not a remote position. Must be in the office 5 days per week.

What You'll Do
Project Management
Own and evolve the company’s marketing strategy and systems ecosystems
Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept through completion across multiple markets in California, Texas, Florida and Tennessee
Develop project timelines, workflows and tasks assignments to ensure on time delivery
Lead the complete redesign of our website, ensuring both user experience and branding excellence
Launch and scale new digital channels, including our company podcast
Refine content strategy around business goals and implement into a quarterly content calendar
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Marketing & Campaign Execution
Oversee digital campaigns including email, social media, paid ads, and website updates
Drive monetization strategies for social media and digital content
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and materials
Build and optimize marketing automation, including nurture flows and client communication using Twilio and SendGrid
Develop sales funnel for lead distribution via software
Improve software supported lead distribution and prioritize lead sources based on ROI
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance and KPIs (lead generation, conversion rates, ROI)
Establish performance benchmarks and measure the effectiveness of campaigns
Implement and manage workflows in Asana for project visibility and reporting
Build automated reporting systems across the marketing tech stack
Map and optimize lead flow across the organization
Develop an effective reporting cadence with actionable insights for executive leadership
Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive solutions
Team and Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead and develop the internal marketing team
Manage external vendors and freelance partners including marketing agency, designers, photographers, and media buyers
Collaborate closely with division managers – real estate brokerage, property management, private lending and mortgage fund

What Qualifies You
Proven experience managing teams (3+ direct reports)
5+ years’ experience in marketing project management with demonstrated success in digital marketing and advertising
Strong proficiency with CRM platforms, SendGrid, Twilio, Hootsuite and Asana
Expert in website re-designs and company branding
Strong vendor management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Knowledge of podcasts and digital monetization strategies for social media
Working knowledge of SEO best practices and Google analytics platform
Ability to support occasional in-person and virtual events

What Sets You Apart
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Proven success in building marketing strategy and content planning
