We're looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager, Social Specialist to own Pinstripes’ digital identity and lead integrated marketing efforts. You'll elevate our brand in dining and entertainment by crafting standout campaigns, analyzing performance, and collaborating across channels. Key Responsibilities:
Drive growth on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
Build strategic content calendars aligned with national + local marketing initiatives
Create engaging content (reels, static visuals, UGC, interactive formats)
Manage community engagement and strengthen brand loyalty
Launch innovative campaigns, contests, and trend-based content
Track analytics, interpret insights, and optimize performance for ROI
Manage Sprout Social and streamline social workflows
Build and maintain influencer relationships across all markets
Requirements
What you'll bring
3+ years social media experience (hospitality or entertainment a plus)
Expert knowledge of all major platforms and their algorithms
Strong creative abilities + proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing tools
Advanced analytics experience (Google Analytics, platform insights)
Strategic thinker with excellent storytelling and brand voice mastery
Ability to navigate fast-paced environments and handle reputation management professionally
Additional Marketing Responsibilities
Expand and manage our digital asset library with photographers and vendors
Lead the gift card program (Givex, 99Minds, MTL, Costco, Incomm, Blackhawk)
Execute segmented email campaigns through Mailchimp
Manage nationwide marketing TV content scheduling
Support new store openings, events, and seasonal campaigns
