THE TEAM The mission of the Photo & Video Production Department is to accurately translate creative concepts into beautiful, functional, on-time, and cost-effective photo and video assets. THE OPPORTUNITY Aritzia is growing and our Photo & Video Production team is growing with it. As the manager, photo & video production management, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the operations of our campaign, digital, and internal shoot productions. You will be accountable to managing post-production workflows across shoots and ensuring all stills and video assets are delivered on-time, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives and creative intent. Serving as a key link between internal teams and external partners, you will streamline post-production processes and play a critical part in the overall success of each production. THE ROLE As the Manager, Photo & Video Production Management, you will: Support with planning and securing the use of internal and external post-production resources for campaign, digital, and internal shoots, in partnership with key stakeholders Oversee on set operations related to post-production for campaign, digital, and internal shoots Manage external post-production workflows, ensuring the quality and timeliness of all deliverables for campaign, digital, and internal shoots Partner with the internal post-production team to determine internal workbacks and act as the single point of contact for all cross-functional communications related to campaign, digital, and internal shoots Manage the legal and financial components of external post-production for campaign, digital, and internal shoots, while driving cost saving opportunities Ensure an operationally seamless photo and video production experience across all campaign, digital and internal shoots THE QUALIFICATIONS The Manager, Photo & Video Production Management has: Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in post-production management (agency or in-house preferred), photography, videography, and project management A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business THE COMPENSATION The typical hiring range for this position is $75,000–$125,000 USD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus.
