Gravity Research , a premier research and insights organization, seeks an experiencedMarketing Manager, Growth and Engagement to strengthen awareness, engagement, and lead generation through compelling campaigns and content distribution efforts. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, ideal for a marketer skilled in content distribution, lead generation, and audience development. In this role, you will utilize ongoing research and insights to position Gravity Research as an essential partner for Fortune 500 companies addressing complex societal issues and reputational risks.
Part of National Journal , Gravity Research equips corporations, associations, and nonprofits with the insights needed to proactively address public pressures. Working closely with Marketing, Research, and Business Growth teams, you’ll lead content distribution efforts, lead generation efforts, and audience engagement initiatives that drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and thought leadership.
Position Overview : As the Marketing Manager, Growth and Engagement, you’ll shape and execute our content strategies, producing high-quality marketing assets and digital campaigns. This role offers the opportunity to elevate Gravity’s brand voice, drive engagement, manage impactful marketing efforts, and contribute to lead generation initiatives that position us as an industry leader.

Compensation: The salary for this role is $80,000-$90,000 plus bonus potential.
Location: This job is based in Washington, DC. Gravity Research operates on a hybrid schedule, with employees required to be in the office every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
