Marketing Manager
Brevium | Full-Time
About the Role
Brevium is building its marketing function from the ground up, and this is your chance to be at the center of it. We're looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Marketing Manager to join at an exciting inflection point, with major marketing initiatives already underway and a growing team taking shape around you.
You'll be the internal marketing lead, the person who owns execution, drives initiatives forward, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. We have agency partners available to support our work, but this role is about leading from the inside: setting direction, building the content and tools our sales team needs, and helping establish a marketing function that scales with the business. This role is equal parts project manager, content builder, and marketing operator. If you thrive in fast-moving environments and love seeing things get done, this is the role for you.
This is also a growth opportunity. As Brevium's marketing department matures, this person is positioned to step into a Head of Marketing role, owning strategy and budget, as the team and business scale.
What You'll Do
Drive marketing execution — take ownership of active initiatives, keep projects on track, and make sure deliverables get across the finish line on time
Build sales enablement content — create and maintain the collateral that empowers our sales team: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, battle cards, and more
Coordinate across internal and external resources — work closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners to align priorities and keep execution moving
Build and own internal marketing processes — establish the systems, templates, and workflows that will carry the department forward as we grow
Grow into a people manager — as we add marketing headcount through Q2 and beyond, you'll take on direct reports and help shape the team around you
Grow into a strategic voice — over time, you'll take on more ownership of messaging, positioning, and how Brevium shows up in the market
What We're Looking For
5–8 years of marketing experience, with exposure across the full marketing lifecycle (brand, demand gen, content, events, enablement)
Proven ability to manage projects, vendors, or agency relationships and get things across the finish line
Strong background in sales enablement and content creation
Experience operating in a lean or startup environment where you've had to wear multiple hats
Excellent communicator , written, verbal, and cross-functional
Organized, self-directed, and comfortable with ambiguity
A collaborative mindset with the confidence to lead
Nice to Have
Experience in healthcare or B2B SaaS
Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
Prior experience managing or mentoring junior team member
What Success Looks Like
In your first 90 days, we'll expect you to go deep on who Brevium is and who we serve. That means developing a strong understanding of our product, how it works, and the real impact it has as well as a clear picture of our customer profile: who they are, what they care about, and how they buy. This foundation is non-negotiable. You can't build great marketing at Brevium without truly understanding the problem we solve and the people we solve it for. Alongside that, you'll get a clear handle on all active marketing initiatives, build strong relationships with our sales team and agency partners, and have key sales enablement materials underway. Within 6–12 months, you'll be running the marketing function with confidence and laying the groundwork to grow into a Head of Marketing role.
