Lead our marketing function and drive strategic growth across our diverse programs and services. What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable growth
Lead digital and traditional marketing initiatives across our service lines
Partner with program leaders to align marketing with organizational goals
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Team & Stakeholder Management
Provide leadership to marketing team members and external partners
Serve as primary marketing liaison to internal stakeholders
Build trusted relationships and manage workflow across competing priorities
Mentor and develop team capabilities
Brand & Content Excellence
Ensure consistent, authentic brand representation across all touchpoints
Guide content strategy and create high-impact marketing materials
Lead social media, email marketing, website optimization, and digital campaigns
Elevate May Institute's reputation as a leader in our field
Results & Analytics
Establish KPIs and track marketing performance and ROI
Translate data insights into actionable strategies
Manage budget and optimize marketing investments
What You Bring
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
6-10 years of progressive marketing experience with leadership responsibilities
Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies
Strong digital marketing expertise (social, email, web analytics, marketing automation)
Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven approach with ability to balance multiple priorities
Preferred:
Experience in behavioral health, nonprofit, healthcare, or education marketing
Master's degree or project management certification
Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, FERPA)
