Description
Cloverkey is seeking an energetic, creative, and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives that contribute to our continued growth across the healthcare retail industry.
This is a hands-on individual contributor position designed for a marketing professional who has progressed beyond an entry-level role and is ready to take on greater responsibility across multiple marketing functions. The ideal candidate will have approximately 2–4 years of relevant experience and be comfortable independently managing day-to-day marketing projects while working within the broader strategy established by the Chief Marketing Officer as well as supporting B2C needs for the company’s retail arm.
Reporting primarily to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing Coordinator will help execute customer communications, email marketing, marketing collateral, digital content, customer testimonials, referral marketing, CRM segmentation, and brand initiatives. This individual will work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, operations, and hospital partners to ensure marketing materials and communications are accurate, professional, on brand, and completed on schedule.
The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design skills with practical marketing experience, content creation, project coordination, and basic marketing analytics. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys being hands-on—designing materials, building emails, updating content, coordinating projects, and keeping multiple initiatives moving at once.
This position requires the individual to work in-office. Relocation assistance is not available. Visa sponsorship is not available.
