Role Overview
This is a hands-on, field-driven marketing role for someone who executes, leads, and takes ownership. Youβll coordinate promotions and events across multiple locations, act as the bridge between design, warehouse, and field teams, and keep marketing moving especially when things slow down. If you wait to be told what to do, this role is not a fit.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute field marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
Travel to support events and oversee on-site execution
Serve as the primary point of contact between design, warehouse, and field teams
Coordinate creation of sales flyers, event materials, and promotional assets
Manage timelines, marketing calendars, and campaign rollouts
Maintain consistent brand messaging across digital and field marketing
Support and coordinate teams hired in different locations
Review, proof, and approve marketing materials before release
Step in during slower periods to improve systems, generate ideas, and prepare future campaigns
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS (Non-Negotiable)
Candidates must meet all of the following:
1β3+ years of hands-on marketing, field marketing, or event coordination experience
Willingness to travel within Florida and occasionally out of state
Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across warehouse managers, designers, and field staff
Proven ability to manage teams or contractors in multiple locations
Adobe Creative Suite experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva
Computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
Self-starter mentality identifies tasks, solves problems, and generates ideas without being prompted
Able to work weekends when events or promotions require it
Detail-oriented and deadline-driven in fast-paced environments
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS (Not Required, But a Plus)
Experience in sales-driven or promotional marketing
Background working with warehouse, logistics, or operations teams
Social media content planning or posting experience
Project management tools (MS Teams, Asana, Jira, or similar)
Experience supporting multi-state campaigns or retail activations
