Hamister Group, LLC is hiring a Market Content Specialist. This position will be responsible for developing engaging, informative, and high-quality content in various formats across our portfolio to engage our target audience and drive brand awareness. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s online presence.

We’re looking for someone who has a passion for storytelling, understanding of user experience, and can provide strategic guidance to achieve marketing objectives.
Position Responsibilities:
Research, plan, and develop brand messaging and content for both print and digital channels, including visual content.
Design and write internal corporate communications including quarterly newsletters.
Ensure all content is accurate, well-researched and adheres to brand standards and guidelines across all online and offline communications.
Ideation and creation of content for blogs, webpages, social media, and email marketing, focusing on enhancing the digital user experience.
Develop and advise on social media guidelines, strategies and content calendars designed to drive revenue and customer engagement.
Define opportunities and key customer segments, developing strategies across multiple digital marketing & advertising channels.
Implement reputation management strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue.
Support all marketing efforts by staying abreast of marketing best practices, specializing in content writing, social media, and graphic design.
Provide strategic guidance and critical thinking, serving as a key consultant for multiple groups with different goals and processes.
Assist with the design of print & digital materials, including copywriting for collateral.
Lead communication between external vendors and agencies as needed.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
3 – 5 years of experience with content creation and social media management and tools.
Technical expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Canva is a must.
Solid understanding of digital marketing, content creation and a strong analytical background proficient in data analyzation and reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities, works well under pressure and the ability to prioritize projects to meet business objectives and deadlines.
Confident self-starter and natural project manager with ability to think strategically and deliver tactically.
Be proactive; acts without being told what to do and brings new ideas to the company.
Influence: Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills poised to influence and motivate.
A balance between being a team player and an ability to lead initiatives from start to finish.
Excellent time management, project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, multi-task and perform on deadlines with strong communication skills.
Basic understanding or demonstrable experience in graphic design or willingness to learn.
HTML coding & web design experience is a plus.
