As our Marketing & Business Development Specialist, you will serve as the face of our organization in the McAllen market — cultivating referral relationships, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring our providers are the top choice for patient care.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute market-specific strategies to grow our referral network in alignment with leadership goals
Build and maintain long-term relationships with physicians, practices, and clinical leaders
Introduce new providers to key referrers and expand awareness of services across the community
Serve as a trusted liaison between referring offices and our clinical/operational teams
Organize and attend meetings with providers to promote services and foster engagement
Deliver marketing materials and referral resources to hospitals, clinics, and medical groups
Track and document outreach activities in the CRM system; provide regular progress reports
Monitor competitive activity and collaborate on local marketing and business development plans
Represent Epic at community and professional events to increase visibility and drive referrals
Manage budgets responsibly, including expense tracking and reporting
Requirements
Required: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development
Preferred: Healthcare or legal industry experience
Strong interpersonal skills with a relationship-first mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred
