Here are some things that will make you successful:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
1–3 years of marketing experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and digital content creation tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create brand-consistent content.
Ability to manage multiple projects and properties with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proactive, self-directed mindset with the ability to work independently and bring forward new ideas.
Nice to Have:
Experience in multifamily real estate, property management, or related housing industry.
Familiarity with property management systems (AppFolio, Yardi, Entrata).
What you’ll be doing:
The Marketing Associate will support both property-level and corporate marketing initiatives across our multifamily portfolio, working closely with the Senior Marketing Associate and partnering with Asset Management, Leasing, CapEx, Acquisitions, and Operations teams.

This hands-on, associate-level role is responsible for executing marketing strategies, managing digital presence, creating content, coordinating events, and supporting vendor relationships.
Core Responsibilities Include:

Digital Presence
Manage marketing campaigns and online presence of assigned properties, ensuring websites, Google Business Profiles, and ILS listings (Apartments.com, Zillow, Apartment List) are accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly.
Oversee online reputation by monitoring and responding professionally to resident reviews via public-facing marketing channels.
Maintain and update platforms like AppFolio with current pricing, specials, availability, and media.
Content Creation & Media
Coordinate photography, videography, and virtual tours, including scheduling vendors, capturing supplemental media, and organizing photo libraries for marketing use.
Develop content for social media (Facebook, Instagram) and support corporate presence on LinkedIn, including creation, scheduling, and engagement (not necessarily daily).
Design marketing materials, signage, and collateral, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Conceptualize new creative campaigns and event branding, as well as execute existing templates.
Leasing Support
Partner with Leasing and Asset Management teams to ensure accurate pricing, specials, and availability across platforms.
Provide tools, collateral, and training to support leasing team effectiveness.
Compile and analyze KPI dashboards to assess marketing and leasing effectiveness.
Interpret data, identify trends, and deliver actionable recommendations to leadership.
Event Coordination
Assist with planning, marketing, and on-site execution of corporate and community events.
Handle setup, vendor coordination, photography, and promotional materials.
Track, process, and report marketing budgets, invoices, and contracts.
Work with vendors for photography, signage, and other marketing services, including coordination and input on selection or negotiation.
Other Responsibilities
Provide marketing support for acquisitions and dispositions, from due diligence through launch.
Perform additional marketing tasks and projects as assigned.

Occasional, quarterly travel for meetings, events, or property visits
