Rockhurst University is seeking a Marketing and Admissions Project Manager that will contribute to the work of the University Marketing and Communications office, and Office of Admission through creation of written content for digital and print media, management of inquiry generation platforms, and tracking and managing projects, all with the primary objective of positively affecting the achievement of Rockhurst University’s enrollment and strategic goals.

Principal Accountabilities
Scheduling tasks and assigning deadlines for marketing projects through the department’s project management software.
Communicate with other University departments in a professional and timely manner regarding projects.
Manage enrollment management inquiry generation platforms to ensure maximization of recruitment efforts within and recommending strategy and enhancements for enrollment growth.
Keep abreast of admissions and marketing vendor contracts to ensure we are using each to its fullest extent, that no services overlap, that vendors are talking with each other when appropriate and that contracts are renewed when appropriate.
Write marketing copy for recruitment materials, both digital and print; advancement content; and SEO-optimized content for the website.
Other Duties as Assigned – perform other duties, consistent with the incumbent’s skills and qualifications as required by the University in support of the department.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, master’s preferred
3-5 years of experience working as part of a marketing team and understanding of general enrollment management practices.
Experience managing projects using a software solution, i.e. Wrike.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in writing and verbally
Experience working from a master brand document
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products, including Outlook, Excel and Word
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills
Strong customer service skills — able to overcome challenges efficiently with client and department goals in mind
