Job Description
This individual will be responsible for executing advanced marketing analysis, building and maintaining reporting infrastructure, and delivering reliable performance insights across the marketing funnel. While familiarity with marketing operations is helpful, this role is primarily focused on analytics, reporting, and data visualization.
Design, build, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards that provide visibility into full-funnel marketing performance
Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
Translate large, complex datasets into intuitive, business-ready reporting solutions
Standardize reporting frameworks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability across teams
Reduce ad-hoc reporting needs by developing durable, self-service dashboards
Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing channel performance, lead generation, conversion metrics, and ROI
Identify trends, performance drivers, and optimization opportunities
Develop actionable insights that improve efficiency and effectiveness across the marketing lifecycle
Partner with stakeholders to define key performance indicators and measurement frameworks
Ensure integrity and accuracy of reporting data across systems
Collaborate with marketing and CRM stakeholders to improve data structure and tracking
Contribute to improvements in data governance and reporting strategy
Present findings in a clear, concise, and actionable format
Support leadership with recurring performance reporting and executive-level dashboards
Help shape reporting best practices and influence data strategy within the marketing organization
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in analytics, business, marketing, statistics, information systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
4+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or marketing analytics roles
Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, aggregations, and data transformation
Strong experience building dashboards in Microsoft Power BI
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling)
Demonstrated ability to transform complex data into clear, functional, and visually compelling reports
Strong understanding of business metrics and performance measurement frameworks
Ability to communicate technical findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders
Experience leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., generative AI, analytics copilots, automation tools) to improve reporting efficiency, accelerate analysis, or enhance data workflows
Demonstrated ability to evaluate and responsibly integrate emerging AI tools to streamline data preparation, insight generation, or dashboard development
