SUMMARY
The Manager of Affinity Marketing and Sales is responsible for supporting the Affinity Division by creating and managing the marketing process for Affinity partners. The position will also be responsible supporting the Vice President of Affinity Relationships VP of Operations and Chief Marketing Officer. The Affinity Marketing and Sales Manager is responsible for managing the implementation and onboarding process for both internal and external stakeholders, managing new and existing partnerships, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting responsibilities and tracking the overall progress and troubleshooting of the Affinity Division.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Working independently and with compliance to create impactful marketing collateral for key partners
Demonstrate the functionality and key benefits of IHCSBs systems and platforms
Establish relationships with new partners via networking and prospecting
Create and support sales presentations, campaign updates, project management, and communication between the project team and distribution partners
Coordinate onboarding of new affinity and distribution partners with project management.
Articulate and deliver sales strategy as directed by the Vice President
Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization, and content development.
Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies.
Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
Investigate the performance of a companyβs marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management.
Manage to the highest level of ethics and integrity and take all reasonable steps to ensure that the partners that work with IHCSB follow our code of conduct and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
Perform similar job-related duties and projects as assigned
Meet department attendance requirements, including being prompt and available during scheduled shift.
Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelorβs degree preferred plus 3 years of relevant account management experience, preferably in health insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of health insurance products and regulations
Ability to demonstrate and present company platforms and products.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be able to use a customer relationship management software
Must be punctual, attend meetings, and work from the office or home office as directed by supervisor
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to work with very little supervision
Time Management - Managing one's own time to enable them to meet various deadlines.
Attention to Detail - Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage assigned Regional Sales Directors
Manage assigned Regional Sales Coordinators
Provide feedback and complete staff performance reviews regarding quality of work
Maintain time keeping system, including edits and submissions of time sheets and approving time off requests
Organizing workflow and ensuring analyst understand their duties and responsibilities
Monitor team performance and report to management on progress
Listen to team members feedback to resolve any issues or conflicts
Leadership will be required to be onsite/in-office to match company attendance policies
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION
Hold and maintain resident state Life and Health Insurance License
