WHO YOU ARE:

The Growth Marketing Director will spearhead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to accelerate growth across the enterprise. This role is essential for expanding our market presence, generating new business opportunities, and positioning PSSI as a trusted authority and preferred partner in the food industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering measurable results in a fast-paced, competitive B2B environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  1. Develop and implement an integrated B2B marketing strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
  2. Guide and mentor the marketing team to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
  3. Establish KPIs and track performance metrics, optimizing strategies based on data and insights.
  4. Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and strategies.
  5. Design and execute lead generation programs using inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
  6. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  7. Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing and customer engagement.
  8. Present marketing strategies and results to the executive team and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  9. Other duties as assigned.

YOUR MUST HAVES:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7 or more years of experience in B2B marketing, with a track record of successful marketing leadership.
  • Proven success in a senior B2B marketing role, with a strong emphasis on driving business growth and measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, inbound marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Strong data analytics skills, with a track record of using insights to drive revenue and optimize performance.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience leading and scaling marketing teams.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).

OUR ENVIRONMENT:

This is a hybrid role, partially based at the Corporate Headquarters, combining time in a traditional office setting with remote work from your professional home office. You will be expected to work on-site at minimum three days a week.
