4+ years of job-related experience
Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and be able to drive a motor vehicle
Willing to travel locally 40-60% of the time, inclusive of nights and weekends

Job Description:
The Field Marketing Specialist plays a key role in driving brand awareness, consumer trial, and market share growth within their assigned market. Representing one of the most recognized leaders in kombucha, this role is responsible for bringing the brand to life through meaningful, high-impact consumer engagement. This position leads the execution and day-to-day management of the Brand Ambassador program, ensuring strong representation in-market and creating authentic connections with both loyal consumers and new audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
The Specialist is responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting Brand Ambassadors, while overseeing activations that drive product trial, education, and sales
In close partnership with the Field Marketing Manager, the Specialist supports local market strategy by identifying opportunities to deepen community engagement, expand brand presence, and enhance the effectiveness of field marketing efforts
This role requires a balance of operational execution and creative thinking to continuously elevate the program and deliver measurable results.
Execute high-impact sampling initiatives, including retail activations and pop-ups, to drive product trial, consumer conversion, and sales
Ensure all product displays, merchandising, and educational materials are executed to brand standards in-store and at events
Identify and lead local, on-brand events that increase brand awareness, engagement, and market presence
Actively represent and elevate the brand, creating meaningful connections with both new and loyal consumers
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to support distribution, visibility, and in-store execution
Identify and implement opportunities to enhance shelf presence, point-of-sale materials, and merchandising in alignment with marketing campaigns
Partner closely with Sales to support key accounts and develop programming that drives awareness and sell-through
Monitor local market activity and competition to identify opportunities to strengthen brand positioning and drive growth
Lead the recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Brand Ambassadors
Oversee and coach Brand Ambassadors during activations to ensure high-quality execution and performance
Manage scheduling, communication, and overall effectiveness of the Brand Ambassador program within the market
Support collegiate sampling programs by hiring and developing campus ambassadors and ensuring program success
Plan and coordinate all event logistics, including product, assets, staffing, and performance goals
Oversee inventory, storage, and maintenance of marketing assets, including cold storage, equipment, and company vehicles
Ensure proper use, care, and compliance related to company vehicles, including safety training
Track, analyze, and report on activation performance, including sales impact, consumer feedback, and key learnings
Develop detailed post-event recaps with actionable insights to inform future strategies
Gather and synthesize consumer and market insights to support ongoing marketing and product initiatives
Manage budgets and expenses accurately, including timely submission of receipts and reports
Partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence
Support the Field Marketing Manager in driving local strategy and continuous program improvement
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, in support of team and business objectives
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Demonstrated experience planning and executing events, retail activations, and local marketing campaigns, including logistics coordination and on-site execution
Experience recruiting, hiring, and onboarding part-time or full-time team members (e.g., brand ambassadors), with the ability to support training and performance expectations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with event tracking, reporting, or CRM tools is a plus
Prior experience in the CPG food and/or beverage industry strongly preferred, with an understanding of retail environments and consumer engagement
Demonstrates confidence, initiative, and a results-driven mindset, with a willingness to challenge the status quo and continuously improve programs and processes
Strong networking and community-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain meaningful relationships with partners, customers, and local stakeholders
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, field-based environment with minimal supervision
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and prioritization skills
Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging activations, solve problems independently, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances
Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism, adaptability, and sound judgment
Dynamic and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and execute across various initiatives simultaneously
Passion for kombucha and an interest in raw, organic, and functional foods, with the ability to authentically represent the brand

Job Details:
Location: Remote but must reside in LA area.
Work Attire: Use good judgment, keeping in mind the nature of their work, their safety and the safety of others, and their need to interact with the public.
Pay Range: $72,000 - $75,000 annually + bomus eligible
