About the Internship
Looking to gain real-world experience in marketing, communication, leadership, and sales?
All-Weather Seal of West Michigan is offering a hands-on Field Marketing & Sales Internship designed for motivated individuals who want to build professional skills, gain confidence, and develop leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
This is not a desk internship.
You’ll work directly with homeowners in the field, develop communication skills, learn performance-driven marketing strategies, and gain exposure to leadership development within a growing company.
What You’ll Do
Work assigned neighborhoods alongside experienced team members
Engage homeowners in professional, confident conversations
Learn how to identify customer needs
Generate and schedule appointments for our sales team
Track daily goals and performance metrics
Develop communication and relationship-building skills
Participate in daily coaching and mentorship sessions
You are not responsible for closing sales.
Your role is to create opportunity and develop professional communication skills in a real-world setting.
