WHAT YOU WILL DO.
The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for leading a team of Community Engagement Leads, ensuring the successful execution of community outreach initiatives. You will develop cohesive and scalable engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with the broader brand and commercial objectives. As a Field Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing local outreach efforts, overseeing community presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and service adoption across targeted regions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Community Engagement Leads, guiding them in executing outreach activities effectively.
- Develop and implement scalable community engagement strategies that align with brand, marketing, and commercial goals.
- Coordinate and oversee community outreach events, ensuring consistency in messaging and quality of engagement across regions.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between Community Engagement Leads and internal teams (Marketing, Partnerships, Account Management) to ensure all activities are aligned with broader company objectives.
- Regularly analyze outreach data and provide insights on the performance of community efforts, refining strategies as needed to meet regional and company-wide goals.
- Ensure that the team maintains strong connections with local schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing feedback, training, and support to Community Engagement Leads, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Stay informed on regional market dynamics and community needs to adjust strategies and ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL BRING.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in field management, community outreach, or team leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing teams to deliver successful community-focused initiatives.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies, particularly within community engagement contexts.
- Ability to travel to support team activities and attend events locally, regionally and nationally.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience using CRM software to track team performance and outreach metrics.
- Ability to coordinate community outreach events, ensuring consistency in messaging and quality across regions.
- Proficiency in analyzing outreach data to track performance and inform strategy adjustments to meet goals.
- Strong understanding of leveraging digital marketing and social media strategies to enhance community engagement efforts.
- Skill in building and maintaining relationships with schools, community organizations, and stakeholders to foster strong connections.
- Ability to stay informed on regional market dynamics and adapt strategies to meet community-specific needs.

- Cultural Sensitivity: Awareness of diverse community backgrounds and the ability to engage respectfully and meaningfully.
- Organization & Time Management: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple events, track engagement metrics, and maintain high-quality outreach efforts across regions.
- Experience working with educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, or in community outreach.
- Familiarity with youth engagement, mental health, or digital health services.
- Experience in developing scalable outreach programs across multiple regions, nationally.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and analytics tools to track performance and improve outreach strategies.

WHAT YOU WILL GET!
Compensation: The base salary for this role will be $90-105k annually based on experience.
