This is a hands-on role with real visibility across the business and strong cross-functional partnership with marketing, sales and leadership. You’ll be responsible for turning ideas into well executed programs, including field events, customer dinners, partner webinars and industry activations. You should be comfortable moving between strategy, logistics, and execution, and excited by the pace of a high-growth startup.
What you’ll do
Own the planning and execution of company-hosted and partner-led events across the U.S and EMEA.
Run end-to-end event logistics, including timelines, budgets, vendors, venues, travel, onsite coordination, and follow-up
Partner closely with sales to support pipeline generation before, during, and after events
Coordinate and host webinars with customers, partners, and internal teams
Capture and help repurpose event content, including photos, videos, and other assets for ongoing marketing use
Build strong working relationships with external partners, agencies, venues, and vendors
Track event performance and help report on engagement, ROI, and pipeline influence
Travel as needed to support event execution and field marketing initiatives
What we’re looking for
3+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, partner marketing, or a closely related role
Proven ability to manage in-person and virtual events from planning through execution
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Clear communicator who works well across marketing, sales, and external partners
Comfortable operating in a hands-on, fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly
Excited to build, adapt, and execute in a growing startup
Willingness to travel as needed
Nice to have
Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
Experience supporting enterprise sales teams through field programs or account-based marketing initiatives
Familiarity with HubSpot, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools
Experience working with agencies, production vendors, and external event partners
Strong instincts for event content capture and storytelling across social and digital channels
Experience measuring and communicating event ROI and pipeline impact

AI Literacy & Interviewing Tools
As an AI-first company, we prioritize AI literacy as a core competency in our hiring decisions. We’re excited by candidates who thoughtfully apply AI tools in their work, but during interviews we’re focused on you. This is your opportunity to show how you think, communicate, and solve problems. Over-reliance on AI-generated responses during the interview process (especially when it obscures your own voice) will result in disqualification. We want to understand your unique perspective and how you approach challenges, both with and without AI.

Fast-paced environment with flexibility and ownership
Real impact, zero bureaucracy
