Event Marketing Assistant - Entry Level

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Marketing Assistant to support the planning and execution of engaging promotional events, trade shows, and conferences. Key Responsibilities
Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event strategies, themes, and brand messaging
Coordinate event logistics, including setup, breakdown, vendor communication, and on-site support
Engage with event attendees, providing information and delivering excellent customer service
Support the creation and distribution of event marketing materials such as flyers, digital invites, and promotional content
Manage event registrations and maintain accurate attendee databases
Conduct market research to identify new event opportunities and target audiences
Track event performance and assist in preparing post-event reports, including attendance, engagement, and ROI
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor events, and marketing best practices
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
Internship or prior experience in event planning, promotions, or marketing is a plus
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
