About the Role:
Syracuse Events is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our growing team in Syracuse, NY! Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing plans and promotional campaigns
Support event logistics including venue setup, vendor communication, and on-site management
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event concepts and brand activation strategies
Track event budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution
Engage with customers and clients during events to promote brand awareness
Assist in post-event reporting, data collection, and performance analysis
Coordinate marketing materials, signage, and promotional assets for events
Requirements:o\
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
0-2 retail, face-to-face marketing experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
Prior internship or experience in event planning or marketing is a plus
